Solution
The first step of the solution was to realize that the 12 bip39 words used for the seed phrase for the hidden wallet, were the only BIP39 words contained in the clue. (In red below)
The second step was to use the minting order of the bitGANs to determine the order of these 12 words. Congrats to noohp for figuring this out within 3 hours.
