The Winter Solstice

As the new bitGANs reveal themselves, the theme is obvious. In their short three months of existence they have already observed and mastered out solar patterns. And it appears like their new manifestations are a mimic of the seasons that they have observed.

With their drop falling on the Winter Solstice, they are channeling a seasonal theme. But there also appears to be lots of new types, and new ways of glitching. Not sure they have figured everything out about these new forms yet, but looks interesting.

Also, these Seasonal bitGANs appear to begin with a sun and end with a moon, but it is unclear what is happening in between. We will have to wait for the full drop to understand them better.

So here are the 88 of the 92 bitGANs dropping that have a seasonal theme:

The other 4 appear to be a special type that we have never seen before. Another sort of mimicry but instead of imitating the seasons, they are imitating our art and artists.
